Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Qreatrz Fashion and Design. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Please note that the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer; unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
